Welcome

As a child I grew up being part of the Changing Rooms generation with on‑site experience gained in my father’s building business. School holidays were spent with my grandmother having fun with endless bags of fabric samples and buttons, we would spend many magical hours making and sewing. An inspiration to me still today and a big influence in my approach to finding colours and textiles that work together.

Following on from school I studied art & design before going on to pursue design at degree level.

With all these experiences I have built a real passion for interiors with the ability to help clients visualise how small interior tweaks through to complete new stylish designs will suit both you, your family and your home.

Deborah Emmerson provides a whole range of interior design advice. She is passionate about her new business and aims to create a range of clientele.

Consultancy

People often think that interior consultants are the same as interior designers, but they’re not. As a consultant, I offer as much or as little help as you need – whenever you need it. Maybe you’ve just moved into a new house, fancy giving a room a new look or need some de‑cluttering to become more organised? Perhaps you want to ‘dress’ your house before it goes on the market?

Whatever your reasons, I can give you impartial, practical and creative advice about colours, soft furnishings and room layouts. Just like our feathered friends, I invest a lot of time, care and attention to detail to help you turn your house into a home – somewhere warm, comfortable and cosy for you and your family.

A huge thanks to Debs for her insightful and enthusiastic input to my lounge revamp project. So many inspiring ideas on furniture layout, adding splashes of colour and decorating ideas to bring the room back to life without spending a fortune! I will definitely be calling on your expertise again Deborah Emmerson, thank you so much.
